- 2nd Loan Closing Documents: $ 35.00
- Email/Fax Documents: $ 85.00
(in addition to loan closing, cancellations and/or refusals) - Cancellation (two hours or less) : $ 40.00
Borrower Refusal to Sign:
Up to one hour client signing process: $75.00 in addition to edoc fees
***Over one hour of client signing process is considered & billed same as conducting closing***
